These Terms of Service govern your use of Bevoryx. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Bevoryx is a curated marketplace connecting clients with providers of private chefs, luxury villas, yacht charters, hospitality staff, and exclusive experiences. We facilitate the connection; the actual service is delivered by independent providers.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bevoryx. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity conducted under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, submit false requests, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Providers & Bookings
Pricing, availability, and execution of any service are agreed between client and provider. Bevoryx is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for the performance of providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bevoryx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Payments & Fees
Payments for bookings are processed securely through Stripe. Bevoryx does not store your full credit card details; all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Applicable service fees, cancellation policies, and refund terms are disclosed before you confirm a booking.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software on the Bevoryx platform are owned by or licensed to Bevoryx and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your use of Bevoryx is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
