Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Bevoryx ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you share with us when using our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, email, phone, and the details of requests you submit through the platform — as well as basic technical information (device, browser, IP address) needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use the information to operate Bevoryx, match requests with curated providers, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing of Information
Request details are shared only with the providers selected to receive them. We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. email delivery), and when required by law.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include: encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS; encryption of sensitive data at rest; secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure hosted by trusted providers (Supabase, Vercel); role-based access controls that limit internal access to personal data strictly to personnel who need it to operate the service; OAuth 2.0 tokens stored server-side and never exposed to the browser; and regular review of our security practices. While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100 % secure, we continuously work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
Google API Services and Limited Use
Bevoryx integrates with Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API to help providers manage their availability and to write confirmed bookings as events into their primary calendar. Specifically, the application requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope, which is used to (1) read upcoming events from the provider's primary calendar so the marketplace can display availability and prevent double-bookings, and (2) create events on the provider's primary calendar when a customer payment for a booking is confirmed. Bevoryx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements; we do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific items, or it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations and only after the data has been aggregated and anonymized; we do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users; and we do not use or transfer this data for purposes unrelated to the user-facing features clearly disclosed here.
How to Revoke Google Access
You may disconnect your Google Calendar from Bevoryx at any time by visiting the Calendar tab inside your provider dashboard and selecting "Disconnect". You may additionally revoke Bevoryx's access to your Google account directly from your Google account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, Bevoryx stops fetching new events from your calendar, deletes the OAuth refresh token associated with your account, and ceases to write new booking events. Cached event data is purged within thirty (30) days.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Bevoryx uses essential cookies and local-storage tokens strictly necessary to authenticate your session and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, no separate consent banner is required.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, as well as the right to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@bevoryx.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Bevoryx is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform before the changes take effect.
